Individuals can access both the conscious and subconscious layers of the mind, allowing stored tension, emotions and patterns to soften and heal.

Marma Therapy
Marma Therapy is a gentle, hands on technique that supports the flow of energy through the body’s marma points and energy channels. In Ayurvedic Medicine, the basis of energy therapy is eliminating areas of stagnation in your body’s energetic field that can cause poor health. Benefits of this natural therapy are: reduced pain, increased energy, improved digestion, better mobility and emotional balance. This treatment is combined with gentle touch, sound, scent and vibrational therapy for total relaxation.

Ayurvedic Reflexology - a deep therapeutic foot and leg treatment using warm Ayurvedic oils, reflexology techniques and traditional kansa wand therapy.
*Add: a soothing Lavender Essential Oil Paraffin Wax treatment to moisturize, exfoliate and hydrate the skin while providing therapeutic heat for pain relief and improved circulation.
Ayurvedic Bliss Therapy - facial reflexology to clear congestion, unblock sinuses, ease TMJ and facial pain while deeply relaxing. This ayurvedic treatment feels so good and is known as the natural facelift.

Hara Conscious Counselling™ is a supportive, heart-centred approach to self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth. Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, this work explores the connection between the body, mind, emotions, nervous system, and lived experience.
Rather than focusing only on the story of what is happening, Hara Conscious Counselling™ gently looks beneath the surface to understand patterns, beliefs, emotional responses, energetic tendencies, and constitutional imbalances that may be influencing how a person feels, relates, reacts, and moves through life.
Through the Ayurvedic lens, each individual is seen as unique. We understand that our unique constitution offers insights into emotional patterns, stress responses, communication styles, relationship dynamics, and the ways we seek safety, comfort, control, expression, or rest.
Sessions may include reflective conversation, guided inquiry, breath awareness, emotional processing, nervous system support, lifestyle reflection, and practical tools for greater balance. The intention is not to diagnose, rather to create a safe and compassionate space where clarity, self-understanding, and healing can naturally unfold.
